English Camps-
- All foreign students must acquire their own visas o the US as a tourist or as a dependent on a parent’s visa.
- Students must either stay with their parents or a relative. Crossing Borders does not provide housing.
- Maximum program length is 6 weeks. Program fees include application fee, tuition, books, a morning snack, and program outtings. Program fee does NOT cover airfare, health insurance, lunch, or personal spending money.
- While kids are in ESL Camp, parents can enroll in Crossing Borders’ adult Intensive English Program. Schedule and Fees available upon request.
My Roots-
- My Roots is expected to fill up quickly. Space is limited so register today to guarantee a magical experience your child won’t forget.
- For K-9 campers, complete registration must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2008. After April 1, registrations will be accepted only if space is available and with a $30 late fee per family. No registrations will be accepted after May 1, 2007, and there is no waiting list. Registrations for senior teen campers (grade 10 through graduates) must be received by June 1.
- Cancellation Policy: If your family's plans change after registering for My Roots, you may receive a 100% refund if it is requested before June 1, 2008. Cancellations between June 1 and July 1 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations between July 1 and July 25 will receive a 25% refund. No refund is available for requests made after July 25. All requests for refunds must be in writing and mailed to Patricia Mercado, 7000 North Freeway Ste. 800 A Houston, TX 77076. Refund takes 4 weeks to process.
- If you are attending My Roots from outside Houston, please let us know so that we can provide you with names of hotels or websites where you may find close lodging.
