"We have nothing but good to say about this organization. Our little one (2 years old) has been attending their Chinese classes in Rice Village for about 4 months now and we're nothing but super happy with everything she's been exposed to -- with both her progress in both making new friends and learning a difficult foreign language. The teacher is amazing. Extremely warm and good with her kids, a native speaker, and very patient. Our little girl now sings Chinese songs at home, has a smile on her face every day when she goes to school and comes back from there. I can't speak for any other Crossing Border locations, but the one at Rice Village is hosted on the grounds of a beautiful stone Lutheran church with nice greenery around the class rooms. It just feels safe and very accomodating there. They also have an excellent Spanish program whose teacher is amazing as well. We looked a long time for some sort of foreign language program for our daughter before deciding on Crossing Borders at Rice. This truly was the best that we found after an extensive search. Alex sings songs in Spanish all the time. She is always counting things, points out colors, but the most amazing thing she does is says full complete sentences. My daughter Anya has been going to Spanish Immersion Preschool for over a year now and she loves it! she has a terrific teacher; Ms. Maria Rodriguez, that Anya has bonded with from the very first day. Antes de entrar a Crossing Borders, Nicole prefería hablar en Ingles, independientemente de que el idioma que hablamos en casa es el Español. Tantas horas al dia en la guardería hacían que Nicole se sintiera mas comoda expresándose en el idioma de sus amigos.
